Returns and Refunds
P T Foods is happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges:
Sweets and Candy
Drinks and Soda
If you change your mind about a product that we can accept for a return (non-perishable goods) you must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods. We will only issue a refund for the items returned, not the cost of delivery.
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, P T Foods is happy to offer a free replacement upon production of photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods. Any claims for damaged goods need to be reported to us along with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to file a claim with the courier - if evidence is not supplied within this timescale we will not be able to proceed with your claim.
